Loft Lounge

After a week’s work at the city, what could be a better retreat than a special place where one can just be watching waves splashing at each other aimlessly with a cold pineapple juice at hand and sometimes liquor, salty breeze making your hair dry and the time going by unnoticed? --- The day ending with vivid smiles and laughter from old jokes and same old stories punctuating your well-deserved relaxation spent with the people dearest to yourself --- The priceless memories all shared and created within the refuge of the Magenta House.
The HOUSE consists of three fully functional accommodation with unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean. Each unit has loft for extra room. Outside of the units are a shared outdoor living and dining areas for family functions. A viewing roof deck is a common feature. The color is meant to emphasize the contrast between the beautiful natural landscapes from the man-made refuge.
